I was using my 2 year old digital camera as an exposure meter for my grandpa's 50 year old Rolleiflex. It is pretty cool how well that old camera works. . . .
We did some exploring in the Tobacco roots last weekend in search of good bike trails. We found some good ones and bad ones, but the most interesting things up there where the old mine ruins. Here are a few pics from one of them.
The late evening light gets better this time of year. These are with the new lens to, a sigma 17-70 2.8-4 macro. I like it a lot so far, it's very versatile and sharper than the old canon 17-85 I've been using for years.
